10/8 Topic: Recipes

Hi guys!

Thanks for the fun discussion last week.  I enjoyed singing along to "My Favorite Things" at the end of class!

This week we will be discussing recipes and how to read instructions.  What kind of food do you like to cook?  Do you usually follow recipes, or make your own?  I will pass out sample recipes for you to read in class.  After, I will have you write down in English a recipe you know.  If we have time, I want everyone to present their recipes.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!

さて、今週レシピや説明書などの読み方について話します。あなたはどんな料理が好きですか。料理を作るとき普段、レシピを使いますか、それとも自分で作りますか？授業中にレシピの例をいくつか配って読んでみます。その後、あなたが知っているレシピの１つを英語で書いてもらいます。時間があれば、発表してほしいです。
